Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following, and nothing beyond what each item is used for:

• Email address — given at signup, checkout, or when you request a free script. Used to send order and subscription confirmations, deliver a script, provide support, and send occasional product updates you can opt out of at any time.
• TradingView username — given when you set up your account. It's the one piece of information we need to add your existing TradingView account to a private, invite-only script. We never see your TradingView password and never log into your TradingView account.
• Payment details — collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor, not by us. We can see the transaction and subscription metadata Stripe exposes to us (amount, date, status, card's last four digits) but never a full card number.
• Subscription status — which plan you're on and whether it's active, so we know whether to keep your script access in place.
• Custom Build survey responses — if you submit the Custom Strategy Build questionnaire, we keep your answers only to build the strategy you asked for.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To fulfil an order — granting your TradingView username invite-only access, or emailing a free script or setup guide.
• To manage your account and subscription, and to reach you about billing or access changes.
• To answer support requests sent to our email address.
• To meet legal and financial record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We don't run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site. Our checkout flow runs through Stripe, which may set cookies of its own as part of processing a payment — that's outside our control and governed by Stripe's own policy, linked below.

We aren't running any first-party analytics on the site as of this writing. If we turn on a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future, we'll update this section first, name the tool, and explain what it collects.

4. Third-Party Services

A handful of providers keep this business running. Each one only receives the data it needs to do its job, and none of them are authorized to use your data for their own marketing.

Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare — hosts this website. Standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be collected as part of serving the site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Supabase — hosts our account database, storing your email, TradingView username, and subscription status so we can maintain your access. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.

Email delivery — order confirmations, script delivery, and support replies are sent through a standard email provider, meaning your address and message contents pass through and are stored on that provider's servers.

TradingView — we never transmit your personal data to TradingView. We use the username you give us to add your own, existing TradingView account to a private script inside our TradingView account. Your use of TradingView is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We keep your email, TradingView username, and order history for as long as your account or subscription is active, and afterward for as long as financial record-keeping rules require (typically several years). Custom Build survey answers are kept only until your build is delivered. You can request deletion at any time under Section 6, subject to those record-keeping obligations.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email support@targetfilled.com and we'll handle it directly — there's no automated self-service tool for this yet.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the business changes. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
