Terms of Service
The two things to know before you buy. We'd rather say this up front than bury it in section 11:
1. Every sale is final — there are no cash refunds. Instead, Section 8 covers our working-software guarantee: if a script is broken, we fix or rebuild it, free.
2. We stand behind the software, not your trading results. No one can promise you'll pass an evaluation or make money, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise.
1. Who These Terms Are Between
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Target Filled ("we", "us", "our"), operator of targetfilled.com. They cover the website, your account, the free scripts we distribute, and every subscription or one-time purchase you make.
By creating an account, requesting a free script, or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy anything.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use this service.
2. What You're Actually Buying
You're buying access to a private TradingView script, not a copy of the source code and not ownership of it.
- Paid strategies are distributed invite-only on TradingView. We never email you the source of a paid tier.
- After purchase, we manually invite your TradingView username to the script — normally within 24 hours for subscription tiers, and 3–5 business days for a Custom Build.
- You accept the invite from TradingView, and the script appears in your Invite-Only Scripts list, ready to add to a chart.
- Access is tied to the exact TradingView username you give us, for your own trading on your own accounts.
Free scripts are delivered as open Pine Script source by email — that's deliberate, and covered by Section 5 rather than the invite-only rules above.
3. Your License, and What It Doesn't Cover
While your subscription is active (or, for a Custom Build, on an ongoing basis after delivery), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the script on your own charts and trading accounts, including as many prop-firm evaluations as you like.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the script or your access to it.
- Publish the code, in whole or in part, anywhere — TradingView, GitHub, Discord, a course, a signal service, or anywhere else.
- Share your account credentials or your invite with anyone else.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise reconstruct an invite-only script.
- Use the script or our materials to build or promote a competing product.
- Remove or alter any attribution or license notice.
We retain all intellectual property in every script, guide, and piece of site content. Nothing you buy transfers code ownership to you — including a Custom Build, which pays for the build work and ongoing access, not for exclusive ownership of the underlying technique.
Breaching this section may result in immediate revocation of your invite and account, without a refund.
4. Your Account and TradingView Username
A free account and a TradingView username are required to receive invite-only access. You're responsible for:
- Giving us the correct TradingView username — it's case-sensitive and is not your email address. A wrong or misspelled username delays delivery, and that delay is on you.
- Keeping your account credentials secure.
- Keeping your email current so we can reach you.
If an invite hasn't arrived, email support@targetfilled.com and we'll sort out the username. We'll always fix a delivery problem — we won't refund one.
5. Free Scripts and Referral Rewards
We give away a free script in exchange for an email address, and account holders can also unlock rewards by referring others. Free scripts are provided as-is, we may change or retire them at any time, and the working-software guarantee in Section 8 applies to paid products only.
Signing up for a free script or a referral reward means occasional emails from us — every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn't take back anything you already received.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Current pricing lives on the pricing section of our homepage. As of this writing that's Starter ($19/month), Pro ($29/month), and the 4-Pack Bundle ($49/month). The Custom Build is a one-time $250 fee, not a subscription.
- Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically to your saved payment method until canceled — subscribing authorizes that recurring charge.
- Payment processing. Stripe handles every payment; we never see or store your card details.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel from the billing portal linked on your account page — no call, no retention flow, no contract term.
- After you cancel. Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then your TradingView invite is revoked.
- No partial-period refunds. We don't prorate the unused portion of a billing period — cancel before renewal if you don't want the next charge.
- Failed payments. A failed renewal may result in suspended or revoked access until it's resolved.
- Price changes. Future pricing can change. If we raise the price on a plan you're already on, we'll email you before it takes effect and you can cancel first.
7. All Sales Are Final
We do not issue cash refunds, credits, or chargeback-requested compensation — for subscription payments, partial billing periods, or one-time Custom Builds — regardless of whether you used the product, passed an evaluation, or changed your mind. This is a digital product delivered by granting immediate access to private code, and a Custom Build is bespoke work performed specifically for you; neither can be returned once delivered.
This is disclosed before purchase, on the checkout flow, and here. Completing a purchase means you understand and accept it. Nothing here overrides a right you can't legally waive under the consumer law that applies to you.
If something's wrong, email us before filing a chargeback — we'd rather fix it. A fraudulent chargeback on a delivered product is grounds for permanent termination.
8. The 30-Day Script Guarantee
What you get instead of a cash refund is a commitment about the software itself. If, within 30 days of purchase, your script:
- doesn't compile in TradingView's Pine Editor, or
- doesn't load on your chart, or
- doesn't behave the way its description on this site says it does,
email support@targetfilled.com with the details and we'll fix it or rebuild it, at no charge, for as long as you're subscribed. That repair-or-rebuild remedy is the only remedy under this guarantee — never a cash refund.
What this guarantee does not cover: profitability, a win rate, passing a prop-firm evaluation, matching a backtest, or performing live the way it performed historically. Losing money on a script that runs exactly as described is not a defect.
9. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this site or in anything we sell is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a broker, a registered investment adviser, or a commodity trading advisor, we don't manage your money, and we aren't recommending that you personally buy, sell, or hold anything. Our scripts are software tools — every trading decision, including which strategy to run, on what instrument, at what size, is yours alone.
10. Trading Risk, Backtests, and Past Performance
Trading futures carries a substantial risk of loss and isn't suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you put in, and you should never trade money you can't afford to lose.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. That applies to every backtest, equity curve, or statistic shown anywhere on this site or in our emails. Backtested and hypothetical results are calculated with hindsight, don't involve real money or real risk, and typically don't fully account for slippage, partial fills, commissions, platform outages, or the psychology of trading a live account. Live results routinely differ from backtested ones.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any prop-firm evaluation — Apex, Topstep, FTMO, MyFundedFutures, or any other firm — or that you will receive funding, keep it, or earn a payout. Evaluation rules and payout policies are set by those firms, change without our involvement, and are entirely outside our control. Any results or outcomes referenced on this site are individual experiences, not typical, and not a promise of what you'll achieve. You're responsible for making sure how you use our software complies with your prop firm's, broker's, and automation platform's rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- Scripts, guides, and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty beyond the guarantee in Section 8. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- We're not liable for trading losses — on a live account, a funded account, a failed evaluation, or lost fees, profits, or opportunities.
- We're not liable for missed or delayed invites caused by an incorrect TradingView username you supplied, a missing TradingView account, an unaccepted invite, or a username you changed after we granted access.
- We're not liable for third-party failures — outages, bugs, or policy changes at TradingView, a prop firm, a broker, an order-routing service, Stripe, or our hosting or email provider. We don't control any of them.
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
- Our total liability to you, across every claim combined, will not exceed what you actually paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions — where that's true, they apply only as far as the law permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that can't legally be limited.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of a script, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or platform rule.
13. Support and Availability
This is a small, solo-operated business. Support runs through support@targetfilled.com, and we aim to reply within one business day without guaranteeing a specific response time. Invites are granted manually, which is why they take up to 24 hours instead of being instant. We may update, improve, or retire a script at any time; if we retire one you're actively subscribed to, we'll email you and stop billing for it.
14. Products in Development
Anything marked "coming soon" or "in development" is a statement of intent, not a commitment — it isn't for sale, has no set release date, and nothing you buy today entitles you to it. Don't purchase on the expectation of a future product.
15. Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel a subscription anytime from your account's billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access — without a refund — if you breach these Terms, redistribute our code, share access, file a fraudulent chargeback, or abuse our support. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 16 survive termination.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Email us before filing anything — most issues are solvable in one message.
17. General Provisions
- Changes. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change, and material changes will be announced by email or on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. Not enforcing something right away doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You can't transfer your account or these Terms to someone else; we may assign them if the business is sold or restructured.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us and supersede anything discussed earlier.
18. About This Document
This is a plain-language agreement written by the operator of a small business. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and is not legal advice — treat it as an honest description of how the business works, not a template for your own. If anything here is unclear, email us before you purchase and we'll explain it in writing.
